After eleven consecutive years have a blast in the Oruro carnival this year I decided not to travel and really just come to the conclusion that for me the only Mardi Gras carnival in Oruro is listening to banda music from you arrive until you go, marathon dancing and drinking beer, screaming tiger bars rather than the south, finding friends who did not see years ago, walking on a carpet of drunks at the dawn ..... and good and I got nostalgic and I have no choice to wait a year.
